Have you ever wondered on how to capture the wedding rings in a photograph on your wedding day? Here is a very cool idea that we came up with a few years ago! You can use your favorite book or even a large magazine to recreate this super cool photo. Just make sure the pages are a thicker stock so that they stay when you fold them inward. To create the depth you see in this photograph, we used a pop of strobe from the back, it creates a bit of shadow and brings the rings to the foreground to create this almost 3D effect. The heart shape created from the arch of the pages also adds some creativity in this photograph. This image was captured in the heart of downtown Toronto at the beautiful Hotel X on the Lakeshore. They have a super cool library there with a variety of books to choose from when doing this photograph.
